I am wondering whether anyone does Indonesia as a national study and if there is a textbook written for it. I don't know of one and am thinking of writing one myself, but I don't know if there is a market out there for it.
There would be less than 30 students doing Indonesia in any year.
However, there would be more if there was material written at the appropriate level. There is also likely to be more Indonesia studied in nat curriculum.
I'd be interested in talking to you to see if HTA might be able to support you.
I am currently teaching at an international school in Vietnam. We do the International Baccalaureate and I have selected some Asian topics this year. I want to promote the teaching of Asian history, especially in Australia. I have started some writing on Indonesia and would like to develop it further and make it widely available.
